Painted in North Bondi by Constance, these works are created through a slow, meditative process which unfolds over 1-2 months. Using sustainably sourced natural pigment acrylic, impasto, finely ground local sand, and beeswax, each piece is built up in a meticulous 20-layer technique. Between layers, frottage and buffing allow the pigments to surface in intentional variations, revealing depth and movement within the monochromatic tones.
